Conception issues: Depot Progesterone is a very good contraception, but it can have a delayed fertility issue. This can take as long as 18 months. However, the normal conception rate is 15 percent per cycle, which means that 85 couples out of a hundred will conceive after trying for one year. So, if you are menstruating every month, keep trying and once you have tried for one year, then talk to your gynecologist.
