No pregnancy: Semen must get in the upper vagina and up the fallopian tubes to fertilize the female's egg. Semen in the mouth enters the digestive tract where it is digested and can not achieve contact with the egg. So pregnancy is not possible unless the mouth contents are transfered to the vagina.
