Eat healthy.: I can recommend to you that you eat a healthy meal with lean protein and complex carbohydrates/fiber. Don't eat until you're stuffed, as you may get sleepy during the test. The fiber and complex carbohydrates will provide you with sustained energy for your body and brain.
