Ejaculation: Not from the standpoint of causing a disease. Not being able to ejaculate can be due to anxiety, diabetics can have retrograde ejaculation, it can happen after prostate surgery, loss of ejaculation can occur after spinal fusion, intestinal surgery involving the colon or rectum.
