This pain: may be coming from your lumbar spine (The nerve arising between the 4th and 5th Lumbar vetebrae.
Ask your Primary Care Provider if a n MRI is indicated!
(The running can increase a "slippage" if one vertebra is "sliding" over the other Medical Term SPONDYLOLISTHESIS L4-L5
