Possibly: Could be an infected lymph node, an abscess or something else. You need to see your doctor and get it checked. If it is an abscess it needs to be drained.

Uncertain what dx is: Don't know if you have a lipoma, cyst, etc. Best course of action is medical assessment. Take care.

Lump: Could be infection or a infected lymph node. See Gp for examination as sinister things like cancer needs to be rule out.
