I have tried prescription hrt for perimenopausal symptoms ( hot flashes, insomnia, fluid retention) with no relief. now i'm trying estroven. ??

Another option: There are certain SSRI medications that can help with hot flashes other than estrogen products. Estroven is another form of estrogen that may or may not be effective if the other estrogen products failed. Talk to your MD about this option.
