Sounds progressive: ...but we can't tell from your question if you're describing fasiculations, muscle spasms, a neuropathic process, atypical seizure activity, etc? Your concern however is certainly appropriate & deserves urgent evaluation before nerve damage occurs. Ask your primary care doctor for his/her opinion & referral.
