?UTI, Prostatitis?: The most likely problems are urinary tract infection, which typically involves painful urination but can be without this symptom. Prostatits is also possible and is an infection of the prostate; there can also be inflammatory prostatitis that is non bacterial. Urethritis is also possible which is an infection of the urethra. All possibilities require an exam and lab work by your pcp.
