Yes: But i would recommend you have sex with your partner and consider getting your hernia fixed if it causes you pain or concerns. If it bulges out and you cannot push it back in, it should be fixed.

Usually yes, but...: Yes if no discomfort, but people generally have sex with a penis or vagina. There are many different types of hernias. A hernia just means one part of the body is pushing through into another part of the body (something that it normally should not do). Near a penis or vagina, one can get an inguinal hernia bulging from the groin (can bulge into the scrotum in guys, into the labia majora in women).

Hernia: Yes you can. However, anything that you do that requires straining can make a hernia bulge out or hurt, and eventually make it larger over time.
