A member asked:

I have twins there 4 now i never breastfeed and i still have milk coming out?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possible: Pregnancy is a state, where a woman's breasts start to produce milk. Breast feeding is definitely a stimulus for ongoing milk production, and while not breastfeeding with additional measures like cooling the breasts and wearing a tight bra will make the milk flow stop flowing, it doesn't do that in all women. If there is still milk flow beyond the 6 - 8 weeks post partum checkup, talk to your doc.
