Yes: Condoms aren't perfect at preventing pregnancy but your risk is low. About 20% of women who use condoms to prevent pregnancy for a year will become pregnant. "Pulling out" lowers the risk a little further but by itself isn't a great method of preventing pregnancy. Best wishes!
