Clitoral pain: The clitoris is a highly sensitive area so anything causing pain can be quite uncomfortable. There are a variety of possibilities including bruising from trauma/intercourse to labial and vulval problems that may be causing the distortion and pain. Needs an examination to sort out. Clitoral pain: The clitoris is one of the most sensitive female sexual organs because of its location, innervation and blood flow. Pain in this area is a major sign that "something is wrong." If there has been no sexual encounters (solo or mutual) then there may be an injury or infection to this area that needs an evaluation by a GYN MD at your earliest convenience.
