Duo test at 4+ weeks: Have an antigen-antibody (4th generation, "duo", "combo") test, which is conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after exposure. You can expect a negative result: the average transmission risk for the mail partner from a single episode of vaginal sex, if the woman is infected, is roughly 1 in 2,000. Much lower with a condom, which of course you should have used with a high risk partner. Good luck!
