Normal: Or not! Difficult question without knowing what other medical issues if any she might have. While it is possible she could have a normal BP as we age our arteries harden and BP rises.

Systolic<150Diast<90: In a 85 years old otherwise healthy person systolic blood pressure of less than 150 and diastolic of less than 90 will be considered normal and not requiring any treatment.Some suggest systolic less than 160 as requiring no treatment
