Its possible...: Postella is an emergency contraception pill available in Australia. Like most emergency contraception, it works by delaying ovulation. If you use it and then have unprotected intercourse a week later, its possible that you had intercourse during the time of delayed ovulation and could get pregnant. Postella is for emergencies.
