No risk: Almost certainly no risk. However, if you have reason to believe the lubricant has somehow been contaminated, e.g. with another person's genital fluids, discard it and buy some more. Even though the risk is nil, probably you will continue to worry about it. And lube is cheap, so just toss it out.

No risk, no worry: The chance of HIV contamination of sexual lubricant is almost zero, and even if that happened, there would be no significant risk of transmission. You won't get HIV sexually unless you have unprotected sex with an infected partner.
