Kidney infection: Some of the symptoms of kidney infection include pain during urination, urgent and/or frequent urination, bloody urine, flank/back pain, fever, nausea and vomiting. You may not have these symptoms but have kidney infection. You may have these symptoms and have something other than kidney infection. So it would be best if you could see a doctor for any suspected kidney infection.
