Shoulder pain: Is this painful, or just irritating? Sounds like a muscle twitch, or spasm from your description. If it is painful, and radiates down arm or across the chest, and persists, then you might want to have it looked at, but if it is just a twinge and you can move the shoulder fully, I would not worry too much about it at this juncture.
