Don't think so: Children adjust fast in general, and not going to preschool wouldn't cause long term social effects. Kindly seek counseling if you suffer social adjustment problem, best wishes

Not really: Most studies show preschool benefits disappear within the first few years of formal schooling. In many ways it is one of the most over hyped practices we have seen in decades. It does help those who do not have a stimulating home environment catch up with those who do, but that does not put them ahead of anyone later on.
