Sounds normal: Penile size varies like this normall in all men -- more or less in some men compared with others. It's a reflex. I can't say why defecation might have an influence, but this really doesn't sound abnormal or harmful. Don't worry about it. But see a doctor if you remain doubtful or concerned.
