Back pain...: That is a lot of weight for your back and you may have strained it. This will usually resolve with rest. However, if the pain is severe/persistent or if you are having trouble moving your legs, you should be seen immediatly. In the future, you might consider changing to a "woman on top" position so that you don't hurt your back. Best wishes!
