Not HIV, WB useless: Your current test is conclusive; it gives definitive results any time about 6 weeks or more after the last possible exposure. Western blot is not needed. (WB only should be used to confirm positive results. It is not done to confirm negatives.) Anyway, your symptoms do not sound like those of HIV, and the test result proves something else is the cause.
