Cancer unlikely: Periods can be irregular with breastfeeding. You may be tired due to taking care of a toddler. Your tickly cough may be due to allergy or start of a viral infection. Cancer unlikely. Follow up with your doctor if you continuing feeling tired and having hot flashes.
