Highly unlikely: Hi JRay, Based on your description of that particular event, highly unlikely. I think the more important factor is whether or not you used barrier contraception, like a condom, and if she is on birth control. Both of those decrease the chance for pregnancy but are not 100% preventative. The chance she is pregnant due to failure of the usual contraceptives is higher than what you described.
