No big o: SSRI's of which fluoxetine of course is one are renown for this. Typically nothing short of discontinuation will help. Consider these options: hormone evaluation, adding bupropion (may have interaction problems elevating blood levels and seizure risk), herbal remedies like maca, yohimbine, decreasing dose, or adding buspirone.
