No need for water: Dissolvable tabs do not need to be taken with water. Personal preference to rinse mouth with water and swallow.

Designed to be easy: This tablet is designed to work quickly by dissolving in your mouth.It can actually reach your circulation sooner if placed under the tongue & allowed to dissolve. If you prefer to dissolve it in water to take if fine, but the extra work is not needed.
