Look for a brand: that has a variety of strains of probiotics in it, not just one or two. The amount of each one is less important. Use refrigerated probiotics if possible, and you can use the room temp. ones at work or traveling. Peace and good health. Also consider a natural product called D-Mannoyse. Check w/doctor too. Peace and good health.
