Not yet ovulation: Especially If you had very irregular cycles before the implant , you may not have normal periods for a long long time after removal. Yet if you have premenstrual symptoms chances your periods will be in soon(2 weeks?) or you can be pregnant before even have a period the implants sometimes dried up your uterus lining so much that will take awhile to grow back with the help of you hormones
