No human studies...: Tioconazole is classified as Category C by the FDA. This means that animal studies utilizing high oral and subcutaneous doses have not revealed evidence of birth-defects; however, there are no studies of this drug during human pregnancy. Bottom line, might be safe but we don't know for sure. Best to consult with your doctor in situations like this.
