Most likely, it is.: Your periods might change after surgical (or medical) abortion, or miscarriage, or delivery. However, it is always wise to follow up with your OB/GYN, who sometimes considers an additional testing (labs, pelvic ultrasound), advised you on appropriate cycle regulation or contraception to prevent unplanned pregnancy.
