Urgent care : Please bring your mom to urgent care. The most common cause is gastroenteritis which resolves in 24-48 hours. Nausea meds can be given to allow oral rehydration. Slowly advance diet. Please note a full history exam and vital signs are needed because other problems can present this way especially in women and the elderly.
