Pregnancy test : First thing we need to check is a pregnancy test. Last menstrual. Full exam in person. History of ovarian cysts? Menstrual cramps? If pain is severe I would go to ER rule out ectopic pregnancy if it's possible and ovarian cysts torsion,and OB consultation may be indicated. Right lower quadrant abdominal pain if severe requires a CT scan to rule out appendicitis.
