PID: First of all you need to rule out a pelvic inflammatory disease. See a GYN to get a PAP smear and obtain some cultures. you may need an intravaginal US to assess your ovaries and salpingies. You may need antibiotic therapy depending on the findings. If everything is negative you may a condition called Vaginism. In that case you will need referral for a women's Health MD
