No, ...: There has been no documented relation between blood in semen called hematospermia, which at best can be speculated of resulting from vessel-bursting somewhere inside seminal vesicles or along ejculatory ducts secondary to unclear causes like infection, and prostate calcification or stones. which has no firm connection with any imaginable causes.
