Fever: Sounds like you had a fever last night - and the sweating you did caused it to break back to normal (assuming you didn't take any tylenol or aspirin). Now its back - any other symptoms?? if it stays in that range - likely viral - drink plenty of fluids and take tylenol or aspirin. If it continues or you have symptoms - cough, sore throat you need to see a physician.
