Don't over exercise : Sometimes a sudden increase in exercise and at the same time a sudden decrease in calorie intake can put undue stress on your body which can cause hormonal fluctuations. Balance your calorie intake/output so that you don't lose more than 2 pounds a week. Your goal should be a healthy BMI around 23-24.
