Concerning: I am assuming you are describing anal discharge. Obviously, it also difficult to answer specifically, since I do not know the reason the medication was started for. So with your symptoms of bleeding and discharge I would seek further medical care as you could have anything from a bleeding ulcer in the stomach to infection or inflammatory colitis. You most likely need further medical tests
