Probably normal: If a woman has vaginal birth and develops relaxation of the attachments around the vagina, a cystocele (partial bladder prolapse) or rectocele (partial rectal wall prolapse) may occur in the vagina. Women experience a feeling of something "falling out" of the vagina. This is the reason some women have "bladder lifts" to attempt to minimize protrusion of these structures into the vagina.
