Talk to your doctor: Most people who start birth control pills do not have nausea or vomiting. Most have no symptoms and feel perfectly normal. If you need birth control pills to prevent pregnancy or to treat a medical condition, tell your doctor about your worries/fears. She can't know that you're worried about this unless you tell her.
