Usually no allergens: the trigger can be something physical like heat, cold, pressure, exercise, etc. or just unknown cause,the most common form of chronic urticaria.You need to see a specialist as a dermatologist or an allergist/immunologist to sort it out,if you haven't already done so, but bear with it, take your medicines as prescribed or advised, it would resolve on its own if it is the chronic idiopathic type
