Klinefelter's synd: Klinefelter's syndrome XXY is a syndrome seen in males with an extra X chromosome. This can result in delayed puberty, small firm testes and infertility, flaccid muscles, low testosterone hormone and enlarged breast size (gynecomastia). The cognitive and physical findings may vary/per/person.
