Probably not, but...: Nobody knows for sure. Over-the-counter products sold to make breasts bigger should be ignored. Nobody knows for sure what's in those things, how accurate their packaging is, what bad effects they might cause, etc... If a consumer really thinks there is a healthy vitamin, supplement, herb, or other product that can make a breast bigger, she has the sellers smiling all the way to the bank.
