Delayed menstruation: 43 yo lady with delayed period. Pregnancy less likely but still possible so a pregnancy test should be performed. At that point I would got to an OB/GYN for a full medial history and exam. At that point, you can get a pelvic exam and possible hysteroscopy if needed. Sometimes 10 days of medroxyprogesterone acetate is given and afterwards withdrawl bleeding will occur. Dont worry see your OB please
