See a specialist: Pfox, I recommend you see a neurologist, ortho spine specialist; neurosurgeon or physiatrist who is trained in spinal disorders. It sounds like you may have an issue with your neck and possible a pinched nerve. However, the possibilities of what it might be given that you are also having a headache is wide and I would seek formal treatment. Hope that helps.
