Urethritis: Virtually all urethral discharge is caused by STD, assuming you are sexually active. Probably chlamydia or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), which has several causes other than chlamydia. Possibly gonorrhea, but less likely if not creamy (like pus) and if no painful urination. See a doctor ASAP for diagnosis and treatment. Your sex partner(s) also need to be checked and treated.
