Pinched Nerve: What is the definition of sometimes? This can be an achilles issue, nerve issue in the buttock area (sciatica), plantar fasciitis, tight calf muscle, tarsal tunnel. More information would be helpful. AM pain, rest pain, walking pain? How frequent does this happen? Does it interfere with your daily life?
