Yes: Many women have discharge without other symptoms. In general we look for itching and odor. Testing is needed to determine the exact cause and then create a treatment option. Yeast and bacterial vaginosis are the two most common non sexually transmitted causes of discharge. Testing is needed to know which is the cause. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test.
