A member asked:

My fianc and had sex for the first time feb 16. we had a condom on and we made sure that it didn't break or slip. chances of pregnancy? not on bc

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Proper use of condoms require that they be applied before any intercourse, fit well & be replaced for any new session. When this is done, likelihood of pregnancy is minimal. Semen is produced by the excited penis continuously & contains enough sperm to cause pregnancy. As long as there is never any possibility that semen reaches your genitals you are safe.
