A member asked:

I am on zyflo, will xyzal help? big price difference

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Completely different: Zyflo is a potent leukotriene blocker (a chemical that cells use for communication) normally reserved for people with severe asthma. Xyzal is an antihistamine (closely related to zytrec) and has no effect in asthma
